• Mandate details: investment thesis, target sectors, EBITDA range, geography, and deal role.
• Valuation details: sector, location, annual revenue, SDE/EBITDA, ownership tenure, and any notes you add.

We do not collect business financial documents through this site at this time. We use a privacy-respecting bot-protection check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on our forms.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a confidential valuation or target search, and communicate with you about a potential engagement. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

We share information with vendors only as needed to operate the site:

• Notion — interim storage of submitted leads (we expect to migrate this to a dedicated database over time).
• Resend — to deliver email notifications of new inquiries.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — to protect forms from automated abuse.
• Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.

Retention

We retain submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue a potential engagement, and as required for legitimate business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
